I dont have a part number for these lights. They are aftermarket lights for an 05-07 superduty. They will work on a 99-04 but will have to have a wirring harness pigtail. This pigtail converts from the 9007 bulb plug to the new 2008 (h13) bulb plug, these run about $30.
