will these fit on a 99? if so can you post some pics? and are you doing the whole front end or just head lights?

i believe you need a new header pannel to make the mork on the 99-03s

They will fit on 99's with some mods...theres a writeup over at competition diesel, about it.

you need to cut the header panel in some places to make them fit and you'll need to either get the updated pigtails or hard wire the head lights.
