7.3 trouble please help

I have a Snap-on Solus scanner hooked up. It showed code
P1316 IDM Codes Detected
Idles kinda rough & Low on power intermittently

Did a buzz test, 1st test showed Cyl 7 High to low side open
did 2nd and 3rd test, no codes


Truck has 138,500 miles on original injectors.
Is it possible an injector harness or both are bad?
Maybe corrosion in some plugs?

Please let me know what you guys think.
