7.3 replaced injectors now wont turn over
I have a 2001 f-250 with a 7.3 with 189000 miles Had a check engine light did a buzz test and injector 7 was bad. Went to ford and got the injector and replaced it as well as installed new rings on the other 7 injectors. I had to pull the front rocker on 8 because i just couldn't get the injector out. When I put it all back together I mad sure the push rod seated. Seamed like the rocker was pushing the spring a touch more than the other valves looked. Turned it over it turned over maybe 4 time and then a sound like taking a hammer to a I-beam. I tried to turn the crank manually and cant get it past 8 either way I turn it. Been told maybe bad valve or hydro locked any ideas? I am going to take out the glow plug on 8 this morning and see if it passes threw when I manually turn the crank. Any ideas would be great full.

Just for future reference... When you pull an injector, all the fuel and oil from the rails has to go somewhere. That somewhere is into the cyl. Find some way to suck out the cyls. to avoid damage. Not a necessity but it keeps you from having the problem that you ran into
