2003 F250 6.0 diesel shut down and won't turn over

The other day while drive it it shut down and coasted off the road way. tried to restart it and all the power came on but the starter would not turn over nothing happened. had to be towed back to town. about a week ago had the ICP sensor repaired. the guy working on it checked the fuse's and starter and everthings working. he can get the starter to turn over by jumping it and stuff. but also say say the is no power going to the AFP or something like that. anyone have any ideas?

what about the pcm?

what is the dash doing...is it reading your miles and stuff..i had to replace my PCM after it went in my truck. i couldnt get it to do anything, wouldnt turn over. i still had power like radio and stuff. nothing with the engine though. the pcm is the computer so if that went then that might be causing your no start, no cranking

i thought of that as well. as crazy as it may sound, at first i thought it was my batteries that were bad, which one was really really low on charge.

but i just figured if he had it at a shop they would have looked at that. but that was def a good point!
