2000 ford f 650 power stroke diesel problem?

We have a 2000 power stroke in a f650, overnight hard to start, turns and turns then begins to cackle a little at a time untill it finally starts but no throttle responce almost at all, felt cylenders #245 and7 and they stay cold for way to long, Nocodes or lamps on, pulled valve cover on pass side found no oil pumping out the little manifold located on injector so i changed 245-7 injectors--Ford put #3 in already this week, runs but if you stab it it still stumbles a little and will only turn 2740 rpms and stops while stumbling around??? Any help would be greatly apreciated 1-774-406-7289 Richie

anyone have any idea why the engine will rev only to 2740 rpms, this is the thing thats just not making any sence???

Ok , 8 new injectors, new oil and filter, new fuel filter, clean sedement bowl, checked cam position sensor with a known good used one and checked clearence .020. Wide open throttle 70 lbs fuel pressure, Also ran out of a bucket fuel checking the integrity of the lines/pickup ect ect ect. Starts like new overnight now, runs smooth, if you stab it it slightly stumbles, will not turn over 2740 rpms thats it?? Seems to run ok but cant say its overly powerfull. Any ideas???

May be a bad HPOP. Not sure though, just a guess. Someone that knows should chime in soon.

Beginning to question the icpr valve?? Ive had them pull some tricky stuff like this before.

tryed for kicks a idm module and same deal! 2740 stops will not turn more than that??
