NEED HELP WITH TECH QUESTION

ok here is the deal, i have dual stealth pump kit , my truck has been cranking fine cold , after hot will not start , wil not build enogh icp pressure , but here is my dilema

two pumps --- two iprs ----, and what in the world is the key to pinpointing which one of these components is the problem, trying to figure out how to bypass one or something to pinpoint

any legitimate ideas to help with diag are wanted , trust me all the easy stuff has been thought of
