right side bank dead on 95' powerstroke

I have an E-350 with a powerstoke stuffed in it. The right bank of cylinders is dead????? After you crank and crank and finally get it to run (crappy) you can unplug all four injectors on the right, go to unplug any one of the ones on the left and she dies. Valve cover gaskets are new, and I have checked the wiring from the right side injector connections to the big engine harness connector and they all ohm out perfect. When I connect a "noid" light to one of the injector terminals and crank the light flashes, the thing that is wierd to me, everytime I crank, the first few three to five seconds of cranking the noid light is dim. I don't know if that is just voltage draw to the starter or not. but even with it bright the right side is dead to the world. Any body offereing any advise is greaty appriciated.

Have you ran a buzz test on your injectors? I used a friend's handheld scanner and found that my right bank was dead as well. It ended up being my IDM. Hope this helps...
