Gelled up 7.3L

i need to know how to get the fuel filter out and how to prime it up after changing filter.

if its truely gelled up josh......your in a pickle. You still have fuel in the fuel rails and injectors, which isnt gonna want to do much of anything untill the temps warm up. Also, your truck has a mechanical fuel pump that you risk damaging if your running it trying to pull gelled fuel. I personally would push it into a garage and put a heater on, get the fuel to ungell, then add some anti-gel and replace the fuel filter then.

The fuel filter isnt too tough, you need to simply find something (channel locks.....a bar of some sort) to get on the lid to unscrew it......no priming needed it will self prime itself.

it is gelled up, i know that for a fact. i put some Diesel 911 in yesterday.

i got her goin, i put a new fuel filter in. she still starts hard though
