Fuel Leak - New injector pump?

Hey guys my 1999 7.3 (build date 5/98) just started leaking fuel. My buddy is convinced that I now need to replace my injector pump and replace all injectors in the process. Looks to me that I just have fuel leaking from the hose in the picture. Hopefully the picture I attached shows up. This was taken looking up just in front of the passenger side tire. If you guys can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. I am hoping that there is a cheaper fix for this problem than new pump and injectors. I first thought that the fuel was coming out of the drain connected to the fuel filter bowl. But that is turned all the way off and the copper hose is dry. Thanks guys. As you can see I am pretty new to diesel repair.

Your truck dose not have a inj pump. And a leaking line probly won't hurt your inj.
