I painfuly instaled a garet GTP38R and5"exaust now oil is coming out tail pipe and blowing smoke out valve cover engine runs fine has 8000 miles on compleet rebiult engine have stage 2 inj 17.hpop,inercooler is filling up with oil I need a miracal fix got more mods to list but frustrated I've spent14000 on this truck in six months all components in engine are new exept block and crank all new wireing faas fule pump , itp regulated return kit, fuel bowl delet kit, afe stage2. Intake superduty innercooler, evolution progamer on 50 hp, snow water meth stage 2 (I need HELP)!!!!!!!!!!! What did I do wrong or break

is the turbo blown?...i know when my buddies 62/80 went there was oil all in the downpipe and it just smoked like a mother..we pulled the dp and found oil in there..that told us right away the problem

it's brand new not rebiult I pulled the inercooler pipes of and the turbo intake smoke is coming out left valve cover into the inlet of the turbo and out dipstick and oil fill cap broke rings?? Valves???? Push rods???

please did I hurt it it pulled 34 psi once won't pull that high again

Remove the y from the turbo to the intake, make sure you don't have anything that can fall into the intake and start it up. Is there air and oil blowing out the cold side of the turbo?

in my previous post I did that smoke and oil is coming from the valve cover crank case breather if I unhook the crank case breather the turbo boost cleans up so that tells me that new turbo is fine I instaled the turbo drove it like a jack *** then this happend I think I over boosted the stock pistons

crank case breather?...what size hose did you use for this?

It's 3/4like the stock one but longer cause the turbo sits 1.1/2 " higher

how did you connect the crankcase vent? did you use the stock fitting? i would make sure its sealed / fully connected and that air is being forced down the tube through the intake. i had the same issue and was blowing oil out everywhere

I instaled a ccv delete kit. I've pulled the engine and heads. Then had a engine rebuild speiciallist come pull a vac check on it and the rings are at20% how did this happen with 10 k . Do I need to lower my comp raitio , water meth damage. I need to no what happend and what I did wrong . Any ideas. And ITS NOT MY CCB IT BLOWS SMOKE WITH VALVE COVERS OFF
