06 6.0 went from minor to major problem

Went in to dealer today for minor problem and found out more than i wanted. Local dealer in alabama has truck service open on saterday so I stoped in with a question on why my 06 seemed to leak a little oil from passengers side of block. Not much just a drop on concrete every now and then. Tech checked it out and said oil cooler was leaking, egr cooler was leaking, egr valve bad just changed it about 3 months ago. Possible head gasket to. how can this much be wrong and truck still run fine. I had lost a little fuel milage lately but not much. Any info would help.

how many miles are on the truck? still under warranty if its under 100,000 so I would not worry about it.

The dealer might be hurting for work so they say, hey you have all these things wrong. If it has warranty, let em fix it all. You get new parts at 76k and its free. IF the do HG's have em put ARP head studs in at the same time. My dad's 05 went in for a "small" oil leak just like yours and the tech told him the same thing. You need HG's. So he gets em for free under warranty. The techs must be hard up for things to do.
