"97 to "99 Swap

I have a good engine from a 97 powerstroke and wanted to know if any internal differences in the 99 psd engine before putting it in the truck.
I've already changed the valve cover wiring harness (gaskets) as the 99 used a single plug for each head and the 97 had 2, I've changed the turbo and pedestal, and the fuel filter housing and lines
are the injectors the same or will they have to be changed as well
are there any differences in the cam ,pistons, heads or anything else I'm overlooking ?
Quick reply would be appreciated as I'm planning to complete the swap this weekend if everything is a go.
Plus if injectors need to be swapped out would really love to do it while engine is out.

The 97 is has a mechanical fuel pump and the 99 is electric. Don't know how hard that would be to make work.
