help ford has my truck says has 10+ codes

My truck just died on the highway, never ran bad or anything so I took it to ford and blew their minds. I have a hyperpac run on the lowest setting which I set back to stock and a snowperformance water injection for towing. They say there is 2 chips stacked causing problems, I have one thing, hyperpac and it has been running good for months. I think they want to replace everything. 2005 6.0. I think stc fitting.

what codes? And are you running stacked boxes?

p2290 for sure and I am not running stacked boxes only the hyperpac and it is set back to stock.
