help! won't go nowhere

i have an 03 6.0 w/ 121,000miles. and my problem is..... my frame rail fuel pump was going bad around a month ago, or so i think. because it was starving and sputtering for fuel beyond 1/3 throttle. but i kept driving it because its my only vehicle and low funds. and then one day it took me 30 mins to go 1 mile to get home. it did not want to run or start. so i replaced the frame fuel pump. and now it at least starts, but sputters like its 2 or 3 bad injectors. except if i let fuel pressure build up while it is off. and then start it and put it in gear, it runs somewhat decent for a 100ft and then no power whatsoever. i have to put it in neutral and rev up a bit and gear drop it to make it back. (i know i hate doing that). i tried to make the 20 mile trip to the dealer so they can scan it, etc. but i barely made it out of my block. so i returned, i definately dont want to pay $600 to one of these "helpful towers." so idk what to do. oil pressure guage seems to be a lil slightly higher than normal. and my heads are going bad, but i dont think thats the issue. any input is appreciated thanks!!

Check for smoke at idle. Looks very hard, it could be very faint.
