7.3 wont idle right-Pretty urgent

I have a 96 F-350 with the 7.3 and 362K on it.Today after gettin fuel I went to shut it off at home and it started idleing roung and the check engine light came on.I was goin to have it scanned but it will not build enuf good rpms to pull the truck.
I changed the filter and added some fuel conditioner but it hasnt helped. The truck will run right for a few seconds upon restart and then the problem reoccurs.

From time to time it will clear up and idles correct for a few minutes but goes back to the rough idle.I have checked all the fuses and the battery voltage is 14.4 volts on both batteries.

It has had a new lift pump installed last summer and a crank PS about two years ago,but I dont know what color it was.

Anybody have any idea on what it could be??? How can I retrieve the codes since I cant get it to be scanned???

Kinda urgent since I depend on my truck to make a livin. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked your oil level? Or did a recent oil and filter change?
