7.3 Powerstroke blowing fuse

I have a 1999 Ford Powerstroke 7.3 that keeps blowing #30 fuse. Fuse blows as soon as you put it in. Have checked wires, unable to locate anything. It will not crank. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Donny

It's your fuel heater. it has grounded out inside the fuel filter housing. unplug it. replace your fuse. then go to the dealer and get a new heater and replace it.

this is the best picture i could find of the connector
