2003 6.0 wont accelerate

i have a 03 6.0 with 251000 on it the previous owner never maintained it and i bought it as a crank no start. the hpop was bad so i replaced that with a rebuilt unit from ford along with a ipr and icp while i was in there. i also installed a egr delete from xdp and a mbrp 5 inch turbo back kit. after i replaced all of that the truck started but was misfiring on #5 and i replaced that today. before i replaced it tho it only reved to 2500 and acted like it was fueled out and it wouldnt get out of its own way. now after the injector replacement on #5 it revs to 4000 but breaks up getting there and thats in park now while driving i have good acceleration under light throttle but when i put my foot to the floor it acts like it either has no boost or fuel and takes forever to get up to speed. on the scanner all my readings are good and when i command the turbo boost it changes but i keep getting a p132b. by the way im a mechanic and very familiar with diesels but im stumped on my own truck does anyone have any ideas, i was thinking that my vgt veins are clogged with soot as the rest of my motor was. and i had the intake hot tanked while it was off if that matters.
