How long before they don't know there was a tuner?

Just had manifold and head gaskets replaced last month under warranty for my 2004 6.0L. I walked out yesterday and there is coolant on the ground again!
I had the Hypertech programmer in it and the dealer saw that something had been done last time so I want to make sure there are no questions when I bring it back in.
I put it back to stock yesterday. Is there a number of starts or miles so they won't know that something occured recently before I take it back in? My 5 year warranty is next month.

Thanks!!

So you put the tuner back in the day after you got it back.........
honestly if they know what they're looking for your SOL. take it out put it back to stock unhook the batts for at least an hour then you'll need to be able to drive at least 50 miles for the temp memory codes to clear.
