dp tuner chip matched for injectors
and banks big head waste gate

pulling 10-11,000 lbs 68 mph 6spd so 1950 rpms
cruise control
out of blue BAM!
chucks a rod out the oil pan drivers side rear cylinder
the hole was on pass. side near pan rail around starter area
had been pulling good so far I had that load on for 120 miles before it happened
oil pressure was good. oil level was at add mark when I stopped
so no problems there. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm really upset about this
not to mention the 150 mile ride home with a wrecker.
Why would this happen. I wasn't even going up a grade. power turned down as low as it goes which is about 120-130 over stock.

What engine?

Turned down to 120-130, if you've run it hard on the higher settings, it could have weakened the rods and they just decided to leave.

motor wasn't even working hard

for what it will cost to fix the engine in there right now i can put a p-puped cummins in. i think i might do that. any one want to buy a hpop and injectors
i got a clutch and fly wheel too.

I got a 97 3500 with a 12v p=pump cummins for sale. 300k miles. asking 6k.
