04 6.0 turns over slow after head gasket and head stud install

Ok, just got done installing my head gaskets and head studs. Also put in egr delete at same time, updated the dummy plugs and stand pipes.

Now when I go to start the truck it turns over really slow. I have a battery charger on it and I know the batteries are up.

Is this common and how do I get it to start?

Thanks

it's possible your starter is getting weak, happened to my buddy when we did his ARP's and all that stuff, after an hour of a 50 amp jump start, my truck and his dad's acura with cables to it, it finally started
