HELP 01 7.3 wont start

Here's the rundown, I replaced all injectors, replaced valve cover harness's, replaced LPOP, replaced IPR valve. I cannot get the truck started unless I give it a shot of ether, after I do that then it runs fine, if I kill it I cant get it refired.. Im desperate now, I have now ordered an IDM (I have code 1316).
What else do I need to do or order??????

Mileage on a filter doesn't mean much. You can get a dirty tank of fuel and clog that filter up quickly.

Did you have the IDM code prior to doing the other work.
