Can't connect PCIM

When i connect pcim motor runs rough the stalls . I don't have a scanner , and also truck is mostly a stock 7.3 with 180000 miles. I changed the exhaust tube and sensor already. with the sensor disconnected the truck runs perfectly. I know its not the sensor it's been changed two times. How do i fix this issue, this is my only ride.
