Fuel/Power Issue

Alright, I have a 2000 F250, XLT, crew cab, short bed. Upgrades : MBRP 5 in turbo back straight pipe, aFe stage 2 cold air intake, boost gauge, tranny temp gauge, exhaust temp gauge (tapped into exhaust manifold), dp tuner with custom tunes, 33 in tires on 18 in rims, and CFM plus intake manifold. A couple weeks ago i started noticing that I was getting less power than usual. My fuel mileage also went way down. I went from getting about 15-18 in town and 21-23 on the highway to 10-13 and 14-17. There is also a little bit of oil on the air filter. I have a couple thoughts but not really sure about either. I

1. The drain valve on the fuel filter bowl

2. Or...some sort of turbo problem

Now I have to drive across the country in 3 weeks and I really want to fix this before I leave. If anyone has anything that could help me it would be greatly appreciative

What about your pre screens? Did you delete them or they still in the tank?
