NEED HELP ASAP DT466E

i have a 98 international with a dt466e.

PROBLEM 1
when i try to start the truck it will start and run for a couple seconds and then stall(oil pressure gauge doesnt move) then when you try to start it back up it will crank for a few seconds and build oil pressure and start up and run. cracked oil pick up tube? i have codes PID 164 FMI 1 FLASH CODE 335 PID 164 FMI 4 FLASH CODE 124 PID 100 FMI 1 FLASH CODE 313. could be more than one issue maybe?

PROBLEM 2
i did an injector buzz test on the truck and came up with code SID 3 FMI 3 FLASH CODE 423. it has a new cylinder 3 injector, bad valve cover wiring harness? truck seems to have a skip win running and doesnt have much power.

Please help, any help is appreciated

You'd probably have better luck in a DT466 forum . . .

I got you! Above the Hpop is a oil temp sensor. Take that out after the truck has sat for awhile with no start attempts. If oil gushes out then your good on that side. It sounds like it could possible be fuel also running back. Behind the fuel filter is a blue or black pre screen housing on top is good sized Phillips head slot. Be careful and take that off take a small flat tip and remove the rubber ball. If any defects are found replace that. Then pressurize the fuel system back up. Do you have the opp to monitor ICP on servicemaxx? Note on crank what the ICP is. But only do this if you had oil come out at the oil temp sensor. Hit me back with what you got. Then we can go further

I haven't done any of this yet but have a little more info, when you start the truck it has about 40 psi oil pressure at idle, once the truck warms up it has about 10psi. And as far as the skip goes the truck doesn't smoke at all just has a skip and under powered

When the valve goes back down after replacing an inj it is common for the clip to be disturbed. I always do an inj buzz test before I put the first bolt in the cover. My experience with the skipping under load has been a set of Inj's. When you did num three did you pull the rest of them and put new orings on?
