Hey guys so i know we have some good techs on here, so can anyone tell me how to test the sensor thats on the drivers side of HPOP not sure what the sensor is called but it slides on a bolt. im pretty sure its two prong.

trucks been down for awhile and would like to get her back up and running

I believe your talking about the IPR Injector Pressure Regulator

probably. is there a way to test it? i havent got a chance to get to my buddies shop to run the scan tool on it. but today when i went to move it out of the shop you can put the pedal to the floor and wont crawl over 1500 rpms. so its gotta be some sensor i think. im gonna go work on it now and see what i can find. thanks for all help any input helps

your right on the money

i just looked it up and thats what it is. the reason i think it went bad is cause i had a fuel leak right above it so it got soaked in diesel.

now i just need to figure out a way to test it
