P0069, P0299, P0470 HELP!!!

Hey all,

Blew these codes last week and did some reading on here which lead me to take out my turbo, replace the unison ring + clean the turbo. Replace the EGR valve, cleaned out the hose from the manifold to the MAP Sensor.... truck ran great for about an hour and once again little to zero boost and the same 3 codes are back. i've check for vacuum leaks and cannot seem to find any...

i'm at a loss here and not sure whatelse to do.

2006 F250 SD 6.0L Auto...any suggestions would be great....

Thanks in advance!

So after sitting all night I fire up the truck this morning and let it warm up. I have boost and the truck seems to run perfectly fine. It appears that once it reaches full operating temp that it starts to fail or so it seems.

Not sure if that helps any at all.

When I did my EGR Valve and Turbo Cleaning / Map hose cleaning should I have pulled the batteries to reset the computer???

Please forgive the newbe questions, i'm new to this whole Powerstroke thing....

Thanks again....

Truck barely runs, it will idle fine however when you step on the gas it just chugs slowly billowing out smoke...0 boost on the factory gauge also.

I've cleared the codes before however they just come back.

Codes are - P0069 MAP/Baro
P0299 Turbo under boost
P0470 - EGR

Ive checked the Map sensor, cleaned the hose from the MAP to the Intake manifold.

I've replaced the EGR Valve, cleaned the manifold.

I've pulled the turbo, cleaned it, replaced the unison ring, installed and checked for leaks.

I'm thinking its time to take it to the Diesel shop in the morning and leave it with them....

can you tell me what you found was wrong? i just got mine back from the shop yesterday, and installed the S&B cold air intake i had waiting for it. at the shop, they fixed all my high pressure oil leaks, and installed a HPOP at 93k... also had to replace the turbo due to a ridiculous amount of shaft play. I opted for the garrett powermax factory replacement. the only thing i did was install the intake this morning, after getting the truck back yesterday. i followed all the instructions and now i have codes p0069 MAP barometric pressure correlation, p0299 turbocharger underboost, and p0470 exhaust pressure sensor. what happened?
