95 7.3 Does not run.

Engine runs off either or wd 40.

Replaced recently; uvc and cps and running fine until today.

I have also noticed that the wait to start light and the tach are not working.

Tach does not even budge. I believe this and the wait to start light are both controlled by the pcm.

I thought at first it would be the IDM but after more searching I discovered the wait to start light is controlled by the PCM.

Is there anyway to test the pcm? All fuses in the truck appear are good.

And I have of couse checked all the obvious problems like battery voltage ect.
