A few little issues

99.5 f350 7.3 - all stock except for chip and exhaust

my fuel level when i got the truck was off by a quarter tank, each time i have loaded the bed it sent the level off another quarter tank. After the last load i am now empty at a quarter before full on the gauge. Is there a loose wire under the bed for the fuel tank>? what could cause this? suggestions?

my drivers side window goes down quickly and when it goes up it gets stuck, on humid 70+ days it doesnt move at all. I noticed when i lube the tracks it goes up and down as it should but it only lasts a few hours after. I have installed a brand new motor and switch.. is it common for the tracks the window sits on to go bad?? where would i even get a window track from?

Ive been trying to fight selling the damn truck cause its had an oil leak i finally managed to fix now the window and fuel tank are pushing me further. Can anyone offer insight?

On the fuel level, my guess would be the sending unit is bad. They are pretty stable, but they do go bad - could be the float has a pinhole and is taking on fuel.

On the window, we had the same problem in our Ssangyong Musso (I'm currently stationed in S. Korea). It was a bent window track that caused the binding. Not so bent to prevent the lube from working, but as the lube got squeased out, it would bind up again.

Hope it helps!
