2001 EX won't start, strange symptoms

First Hello and Merry Xmas. I am new here and could really use some help.
I was on the way back from a family trip last night, we drove about 200 miles total. As I exited the off ramp at the house, I let off the fuel pedal and coasted to the top off the hill. While doing so I reached up to turn overdrive off (done it before, no problem) and noticed nothing happened, then I noticed all the gauges went dead, no idiot lights on, but "Theft" was flashing and the truck is still running. Stopped the truck then it got worse, I had no response from the fuel pedal, Shut the truck off went to start again but no lights except battery and air bag came on. Truck started up fine as normal, no fuel and gauges still dead with "theft" still flashing. I shut off the truck again, restarted but it shut itself off after 2 seconds, did this twice and now it won't start at all. All other symptoms still there but it won't even start now. "theft" light was always on. No spare key to try. Read hundreds of threads and checked everything I know of. Please help. Santa broke me but Ford will want half my truck by the time there done.
