96 F350 INOP NO START

Hello been reading here for awhile 1st post. My truck blew fuse #22 disconnected bowl heater. Now fuse ok but truck wont start. Cranks good but wont even attempt to start. Removed filter cover & filter, lift pump working, fills bowl. G/P relay checks good. Checked connectors at valve covers all clean. Disconnected icp and tried to start no help. Put a friends scanner on it pulled codes P1163, P1167 and P1746. Any ideas.

Is it cold there? I just had the same problem. I put a blow dryer on my HPOP. That got it started. Then took it and had the oil changed to a lighter weight oil. I dont know if it was part of the problem also but my EBPV was stuck too, I disconnected it tonight

yea its in the low 30's. I plugged it in and let it sit for few hours still no good. I need to find out about those codes. I'll try the dealership tomorrow and see what they say.

Not sure about the codes, but when that fuse blows it shuts off your fuel pump so sometimes it takes a bit to get fuel back into the motor because it is like running out of fuel. Did you try more than once. With the bowl full I would think the fuel would be getting there after a couple times of cranking.
