leaking fuel pump...Help
I posted in the general section too.
Anyhow, I have a leak in the fuel pump on my 97 F350.It is a slight spray out the bottom left side of the pump. I got ahold of a pump from a 97 7.3L econoline and it is diffrent than what I have. Will the econoline one work in my 7.3? If so I could also use some tips on the swap if anyone has replaced their pump before. Thanks. |

Re: Fuel pump
"In my opinion", I would get the pump made for you application. You are just asking for trouble with the installation. And to go one step further I would use an OEM pump. I have some real problems with some aftermarket parts.
Like I say it's just my opinion. Good luck Jim |
