Will one injector shorted cause the other ones on same bank to not fire ,John

Check the Valve cover gasket.

Havr replaced gasket and UVC harness just one #4 is shorted make 2 6 &8 not fire i can unplug # 4 will run on 7 cylinders fine

I don't think the injector will cause the whole bank to not fire. Sounds like a short somewhere. check the main harness where it passes over the top of the driver's side VC and make sure nothing has rubbed through there.
