Electrical haywire help F350 2001 7.2

1. indoor light stays on. same relay (#5 i think) buzzes when the door is closed.
2. checked batteries. one dead shorted. other tested 10 volts after charging.
3. replaced with 2 new Interstates speced last friday. everything working right.
4. got home today from work in my other car. radio on and inside light on in the 350. key off. at one point motor would not shut of even with the key removed. door and light pinger pinged intermittently. with key off the function lights on dashboard including air bag light engine light blinkled.

i am baffled. owned the truck since new and have never had any trouble. the only thing electrical i have installed besides the chip computer was a train horn kit i put in a year ago with 12 v. compressor.

is my truck haunted?? LOL HELP.

It might be if it has a 7.2 I have no idea though. Maybe a short somewhere or squirrel chewed on some wires??
