1st No Start and No Clue

Left work and was 22F out. Truck fired fine, drove fine, got home and ran inside for 2 min. Came out and truck wont start. Sounds like it is ready and all of a sudden, lights flicker and clicks. I wait and try again and all needles on gauges go to max positions and just clicks with lights flickering. Then my stock cd changer makes noise. All power is fine before and glow comes off earlier than usual. Any suggestions. Im not sure about this

check the battery terminals and load test the batteries. Batteries can have 12.5 volts and only 50amps, so you have to check the voltage of the battery under 200-300amp load. My truck did about the same thing, one battery failed a load test, but had good voltage with no load on it.
