PLEASE HELP!!! coolant in oil
Im running out of ideas? I have a fresh built 6.0 with 2k miles on it. There is alot of coolant in the oil but no oil in the coolant. I have pulled the oil cooler and its a high mixture of coolant & oil. Before I pulledit apart pressure tested coolant system to 20psi and lost 3-4 psi over 2 hrs and about a half an inch in degas bottle.
Pulled the valve cover and it was covered in a milky sludge (oil & coolant ****tail) the heads were surfaced and inspected be for installed with arp studs. Once again absolutely no oil in coolant drained the system with no evidence of anything but coolant.
Is it possible that an o-ring or seal on the oil cooler/cover could have allowed coolant to enter the oil system? From everything I have seen and been told is that the coolant system is the lowest pressure system in the engine. So oil in coolant and over pressurizing coolant system is common but not the other way around.
Thanks in advance!
