Angry Head lights

hey guys i really need help its going to snow and i am on call soo i need some help. when i start my truck with the head lights on they dim i think that's normal but when i start to go my head lights get nice and brite but when i ideal down they dim. i have posted this be for but everyone tells me its a alt. but over the past week i when and got two new batters (tested them be for i put them in the truck) on my 3 new alt (tested it and with my truck running its putting out 14.3 and when put a load on it it drops down to 13.5 and make its way back up to 14.3) new belt ten new glow plug relay checked the grounds to the block and check all of the fuses. I'm running kc lights and 03 mirrors with lights but i have taking off all wires to the batters and unplugged the mirrors. please help i need to use this truck tonight to get in my plow truck

idk bud, maybe you need new bulbs when they dim, slam the brights on lol
