Wire Harness

So i just found out my wiring harness is chaffed which is causing my truck to buck and jerk and also idle rough, i figured this would be a recall but ford tells me that my truck has no recalls reported so i asked if the truck has ever had recalls and found out some good news despite of all this, i have had 3 recalls done, 2006 ficm was replaced along with every injector, ebp sensor was changed, i bought this truck used so that was good news to here my injectors were so new but the wiring harness is drivin me nuts, where do i start to check for chafing? can i find one of these for a decent price? any help would be awesome...thanks
