Hard start ruff idel

Hi I'm new to the site and 7.3s.I just got a 1999 F350 and it wont start unless pluged in under 30% and runs rough at low idel,stationary & rolling down the road.I was told the truck sat for nine months so I put diels 911 and injector cleaner too.Problem still exsist.whats next.Thank you

sounds like a glow plug issue check the relay and if its not that it just might need all new glow plugs that just my guess

How much has it run since it was started for the first time after sitting for so long?

I have drivin it about 175 miles and it runs rough in over drive at low idle too.
