Wierd Noise At 1500 RPM

i can hold the brake and ease on the throttle and around 1500 rpm my engine squeks non stop and dont quit and i cant figure out whats causin this, it does not do it while im drive but only when im spoolin up and sometimes i can even have the pedal to the floor and my trucks rpms will not rise?????

no, and this all goes back to my other issue which is my truck hesitating alot while im driving, like theres no boost at time but eventually finds boost and takes off

i blocked off my egr cooler so my egr valve shouldnt play a factor should it

Is the EGR valve disconnected electrically? If not, there's a position sensor built in. So if the valve sticks in an "open" position, you may not have flow due to your kit, but the PCM may "think" you have flow. Try disconnecting it and go for a drive.
