6.4 new head and not starting

I purchased my 2008 6.4 a year ago and drove it three days when the Egr cooler went out and caused two sleeves in the head to drop. Well 1 year, and a lawsuit later I've had the head re done, removed the EGR and DPF and loaded a spartan tuner. The trucks getting fuel pressure and it's not showing any codes. I've been trying for 2 days now cranking on the truck and have had no luck in getting it to start. I've had it hooked up to battery charges, my other diesel truck and two different cars at the same time and it's like it's not spinning over fast enough to start. It started today and ran for about 3 minutes and that was it. When I first put the truck back together it wasn't even trying to start and by the end of the day cranking on it is finally spinning over normally but like I said not starting.

Do you have the tool to properly bleed the fuel system? It sounds like it could be airbound. A 6.4L, if the fuel system is full of air, has to be bled before it will run. That said, what is your cranking RPM, FRP, FRP desired, and Injector Pulse Width. Don't know if your tuner will show you all of that, but its much easier to let you know whats going on with this info.
