7.3 Electrical issues

I have an 02 ccsb. I I installed some rear led spotlights so I can see at night when backing up. Well got the lights to work but my dome lights, windows, radio, factory gauges, and the air controls do not work. I turn the key on and the check engine light, check suspension light comes on and that parking brake light comes on. My head and tail lights work, the dash lights work, and turn signals work. I checked fuses and found nothing out of the ordinary all the right ones tested ok with the key on. I'm thinking I bumped something but can't figure what though. Do you guys have any suggestions. Thank you

I've unpluged the power and ground. That's why I'm thinking I bumped something or knocked a ground off somewhere
