Cold Start- Died. and wont re-start

I went out to start my truck today, it started rough like always, ran, begain to smooth out then just died.

Now it will not start back up, it will just crank and crank and crank, never firing.

Its a 99.5 and I have replaced the following

Injectors
Glow Plugs
Glow Plug Relay
Batterys

and it still starts like sh!t, but now it wont start at all.

While cranking, I get oil pressure, and the tach comes up. Truck also has a quater tank of fuel.

Also its 40 degrees here!

Crank it over. Is there white smoke coming out? If so, most likely a gp issue of some sort.

Also, on your battery terminals. Make sure that they are TIGHT. Loose connections will allow the truck to turn over, but not fire. Seen it happen, more than once.
