runs bad no power

I have a 2000 f-250.It runs good then it starts to loose power and makes clunking sound from motor.If you let it set for ten min then turn it back on it runs good then starts again.I replaced icp,lift pump on frame rail,fuel filter and fuel filter lid.Scan truck and got P0476-Exhaust presure control vale performance code.

Did you take a look at the connections at the vc gasket to see if they were burnt up? Mine were burnt up but acted the opposite of yours. When cold it would only run on 1 bank of cyls. I assume the heat must have squished the wires together enough to make a connection.

THIS GUY IS RIGHT CHANGE VC WIRE HARNESS AND GASKETS.AND CLEAN OUT EBPS TUBE OUT AND CHANGE OR CLEAN SENSOR.THAT SHOULD DO THE TRICK.GOOD LUCK.
