Truck dies after about 5 min

I have a 95 F350 with 7.3 Turbo. If I go out and start it up it will run for 5 to 15 min. then dies and won't start for 1/2 hour or 1 hr or what ever. After waiting it will start and run for maybe another 5 to 15 min. then same thing.
I do't even know where to start to look for this one. Any help or suggestion would be very welcome.

Sounds like a bad cam position sensor. Try changing that. Some one else should be along to help And welcome to the org.
