Two 6.0l cranking not firing

okay first off I have an 03 Excursion that stalled out when driving down the road. Acted like clogged fuel filters so i changed my filters and still nothing. I dont know the history of the truck.

The second Is a 03 f250 that currently is burried to axles in the mud. Before this it was giving me starting issues. it will cough like it is trying to start but wont then it will fire and run for 30 sec and die. once i finally get it running it is great. Oh this only happens if the truck is not started every 12hrs. any Ideas?????????
