Exclamation 2007 F 350 No Start

I removed and cleaned the EGR. Replaced O rings and Gasket.
Took truck for drive made it 1/2 a mile and quit.
Towed home. Checked and found that secondary fuel filter bowl was empty.Drained out primary.

Primed system with fuel pump. Checked fuel cut off switch(was Ok)

Still no start. Wants to but no go.

Primary filter still full, secondary about half full.

Any ideas? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
