Exclamation Fuse panel issues!!

howdy everyone,

I was driving my 03 F-250 SRW 7.3 last night maybe about 20 minutes into my drive.. then suddenly the fog lights cut out,and maybe 5 minutes later my headlights went too.. i left her overnight at a nearby friends house.. this morning i checked the wiring and the fuses only to find out the fuse panel is burnt on the back.. i found an EXACT replacement with matching serial numbers new problem the dash, dome lights, radio and windows won't work. I tried putting my old fuse panel in and now the 303 relay clicks like crazy and now it won't run it cranks like a bat outta hell.. dnt know what too do and i need this truck t work all around by Monday cause i have to haul some equipment up to Houston with her.

Have a look at the Fuseable links that feed the box. There's a junction point where it makes the transition from the battery cable to those links that's problematic.

POTENTIAL ELECTRICAL CORROSION if your truck is like mine......

The fast clicking relay is usually the pcm fuse partially blown. Take a test light and check the vertical 20 amp fuses to the right of the 6 relays IIRC and see if one side is bright and one side is dim. When you pull the fuse that you find wrong it will have an arc in it but won't be fully blown.

Just check all fuses while you're at it to see if others are good.
