Plug Leak

If you are talking about the leaking test port on top of the HPOP reservoir it can be fixed.

It appears that your plug has been in and out a few times and somehow the o-ring was damaged in the process.

I use that particular port to vacuum out the hpop reservoir when I change oil. Once I managed to strip the internal hex and my plug was stuck. I used a diamond bur on a die grinder to form a notch on the outside of the circular edge of the plug. then I used a small punch to rotate the plug counterclockwise until it was out far enough to remove by hand.

A new plug from ford is relatively in expensive. If you were planning on installing gauges, the plug that you would remove from the back of the fuel bowl to put in a fuel pressure gauge is the same.

Good Luck,

Jon
