truck is stuck, need help

Alright so last night I went to leave work and my truck would not start. The Wait to start sign would come on and then after it would go off my "service engine light" would come on.

Today I went back to the parking lot and my truck started up just fine, but then it started shaking. It started missing bad, and my wait to start symbol was just flickering like crazy. I drove it a little ways and it just turned off. Restarted it and did the same thing. It would drive, but it was missing and would jerk like crazy.

Any ideas to what it could be? I need it to be up and running quick. thanks guys.
